Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your WhatIfWin account and its associated data at any time, directly from the app. No form, email, or waiting period is required.

How to delete your account

Open the WhatIfWin app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no review or waiting period.

Can't access the app? If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email aloshmaher12@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion manually within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your display name, date of birth, and profile preferences are permanently erased.
Your account is locked and can no longer be signed into.
Saved payout methods, device tokens, and notifications are removed.
Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited at the moment of deletion.

What's retained, and why

A minimal record of past transactions (completed offers, round participation, resolved payouts) is retained after deletion where required for fraud prevention or financial record-keeping obligations. This data is no longer linked to your name, email, or any way to sign back in — it exists only as an anonymized historical record. It is not accessible by anyone outside our internal anti-fraud processes.
